Team Coaching

Teamwork is a sustainable competitive advantage in organizations, and is critically important for the senior leadership team.

Team coaching accelerates the cohesiveness and alignment of a leadership team, through facilitated group dialogue, assessments, learning and accountability for action.  Team coaching results in improved relationships, effectiveness and  team performance.

Areas of focus include growing competence as a strategic leadership team: articulating a clear vision, developing a purposeful culture, building and growing a team of next-level leaders, setting conditions for high performance and consistent execution as leaders.

Tools leveraged during the process may include a DiSC behavior style assessment, a Team Effectiveness Assessment, a Leadership Competency Assessment, or Live Action Coaching, depending on the needs of the team.
